The shop staff and owners are really helpful, and very nicely dealing with us (customer). Here in Finland in all shop they respect their customer. They market their product well. I have not been involved in any CRM/Customer Relationship Management But they value us so much as their customer. Also from the company’s point CRM is important to know the real customers who buy their product. To keep their existing customers and make new customers are also a technical thing, so they have online support, feedback collection and consulting with sales person in the stores.
